We welcome you to a wonderful 8-day Yoga & Meditation experience in the charming and serene Beach resort of Ashiyana Goa. We know that feeling alive is not the same as being alive, that’s why we have prepared a beautiful week for you to celebrate life, learn and enjoy your body with everything that surrounds you.

This unique adventure is an approach that will ensure you flow into your practice at your own pace, whether you are new to Yoga, want to settle into the basics or are looking to deepen a well-established practice.

You will also relax in total tranquillity, peace, love and harmony of Ashiyana while enjoying the beautiful beach and cool breeze of the Arabian Sea, while you deepen your practice with a fresh perspective that acknowledges your mind and body’s wisdom. The practice will include Yoga Asana integrated with Pranayama (the art of breathing), Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation sessions, Chi Gung, and Natural primal Movements.

You will also enjoy the fascinating culture of Goa, spectacular evening sunsets on the beach, excellent gastronomy, and unique hospitality.

At the end of the retreat, you emerge with a new lens on your unique experience and also get a rich understanding of how to practice Yoga and Meditation safely and wisely - whether alone or in a group.

For both beginners and seasoned teachers, bodyworkers and therapists, our approach is to create a healthy way of practising asana and other forms of movement.

Through curiosity in other modalities, our team has delved into the techniques of modern & ancient forms of Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Qi Gong, and Martial Arts as well as the medical and anatomical understanding of the human body.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Yoga Course - daily group yoga/meditation sessions, staying in charming villas nestled next to the seaside, body-renewing organic food twice a day, visit to the magnificent locations of Goa, free wi-fi, support during the journey

NOT INCLUDED: plane/train tickets from/to Goa, airport transfers, visa costs, exclusive private yoga sessions, and massages.

We have an excellent Ayurveda spa with the possibility of having a consultation with a specialist doctor in Ayurveda, who will indicate the appropriate treatments and ayurvedic medicines according to your body types to follow during your stay.

Total Prices:

Starting from 1000 EUR per person sharing room.
1500 EUR per person single occupancy.

Your reservation will be confirmed with a 35% downpayment of the total price. The rest can be paid 2 months before.  Once you make a reservation, you will be sent a confirmation with detailed information about our destination, program, and important and useful tips to start enjoying right now.
