This retreat is all you need!
I am excited to be organizing this Yoga retreat, for a small group of Yogis at a place I hold dear to my heart, Mandrem in Goa, India.
You’ll practice Yoga and meditation in a private Shala, and find balance in your body, mind, and spirit. The Shala will be inclusive of mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, cushions, and blankets.
You'll have the chance to meet other like-minded people who share similar interests, in a safe environment.
Included:
- Option to arrive one day before the retreat (24th March) and leave one day after the retreat (2nd April)
- Transfers from and to the airport
- Welcome drink and introductory walk
- Private rooms (single occupancy. please let me know if you require double occupancy)
- Two buffet meals, breakfast (9am – 11am) and dinner (7pm – 8.30pm)
- Filtered drinking water and hot drinks, available all day long
- Two yoga practices per day (except on days when other activities are scheduled)
- Opening ‘Puja’ - a traditional ceremony held to cleanse and bless the space and group
- Day trip to Dudhsagar waterfalls and Spice Plantation (transportation and entry fees included)
- A 60-minute Ayurvedic massage
- Mandala and Rangoli class
- Visit Hilltop Friday night market (Transportation included)
- Full use of resort amenities including swimming pools, relaxation areas, gardens, and private beach access with sun loungers
- Wifi in rooms and public areas
- Pool towels (beach towels not included)
Not included:
- Flights, Visa, other personal shopping/expenses
The accommodation:
The rooms come equipped with private bathroom, balcony, comfortable beds, spacious cupboards, fresh linen, storage space, and a ceiling fan.
You’ll have access to the swimming pool, relaxation areas, gardens, and private beach access with sun loungers.
Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and public area.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am.

Participation fee: £1,557
Deposit: £350 (non-refundable)
Full amount must be paid seventy days before the start of the retreat.
