We’ve become rather famous for our delicious and nutritious food at Ashiyana, and whilst the menu here in Alto Paraíso has more of a Brazilian twist, it still retains its fresh, healthy appeal.

We offer two large and sumptuous daily buffet meals - post-Yoga brunch buffet and buffet dinner.

Throughout the day, fresh water, teas and coffee are available.
