Evi has been practising Yoga since 2015. Ashtanga Vinyasa taught her discipline and perseverance, and has been providing her both mental and physical strength.
In 2022, Evi decided to follow a 200h Yoga Teacher Training with The Yoga People in London, UK and teaching became her purpose.
In our busy times, the body, mind, and spirit often become disconnected. Daily Evi tries to maintain this connection and her intention is to help you find this connection through Yoga too, and expand the Yoga community at the same time.
Evi aims to hold space for you, help you feel welcome and accepted, and find stability through movement. Her teaching style is calm and I offer different options and pose variations, her classes are trauma-informed and focus on the benefits of the practice beyond the Asanas, on and off the mat.
