INSTRUCTORS

Tobie

Tobie has nearly 20 years of experience in Health & Wellness. His journey began with a personal quest to alleviate chronic pain, leading him to explore Yoga, Bodywork, and
Coaching. As a Coach, Teacher, and Business Leader, he uses an Inside Out Coaching approach, incorporating Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Bodywork rooted in The Three Principles of Psychology. Tobie’s compassionate guidance helps people connect with themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, allowing them to transcend limitations and embrace personal growth. He is also an ERYT Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Bodywork practitioner, and an entrepreneur.

Charlotte

Charlotte has been a key part of Ashiyana since 2014, specializing in Health & Wellbeing Coaching, Yoga teaching, and Massage Therapy. With over 12 years of experience, she
focuses on Stress, Burnout, Gut Health, and Women's Health, supporting individuals and corporates through healing and self-discovery. Charlotte’s journey into yoga began in 2007
during a stressful city career, and she has since trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Womens Health Yoga. She incorporates breathing techniques, emotional awareness, and
ancient sound practices like Gongs and Singing Bowls into her teaching. Additionally, Charlotte is a Massage Therapist and has studied holistic bodywork for 15 years.
