Refreshments and Meals

All meals are included. Sourced from local producers and created by celebrated chefs, the Ashiyana Goa restaurant offers two mouth-watering meals per day: post-yoga brunch and evening dinner. Inspired by the finest home-grown ingredients, our two chefs, Rathi and Tek, prepare unique, flavour-filled creations that fuse Indian, Nepalese, and Thai recipes with Western cuisine.

Fresh, triple-filtered drinking water, masala chai, hot ginger lemon, and a selection of herbal teas are available by self-service throughout the day.

INSTRUCTORS

Charlotte

Charlotte is a Health & Wellbeing Coach (CNM) and a yoga teacher, trained at a Sivananda center in Kerala, India, in 2012. Since then, she has furthered her training under renowned teachers such as Meghan Currie (slow Vinyasa), Uma Dinsmore (Pre-Natal), Sally Parkes (Post-Natal), and Petra Coveney (Menopause). Charlotte specializes in teaching Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Her classes focus on moving slowly and creatively, exploring the power of the breath, accepting emotional fluctuations, and connecting to the inner wisdom of the body. She loves to incorporate ancient sounds from gongs and singing bowls. Additionally, Charlotte is a skilled Massage Therapist, proficient in Thai Yoga, Osteo-Thai, Abdominal, Indian Head, and Reiki, never underestimating the power of touch.

Pauline

Pauline is deeply passionate about helping individuals create meaningful change and live authentic, purposeful lives. With extensive experience in breathwork, coaching, and holistic wellness, she guides her clients toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional resilience.

She specialises in Conscious Connected Breathwork, advanced breath techniques, NLP, and holistic coaching, and currently advancing her skills through accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive— creating a safe, nurturing environment for deep healing and transformative conversations.

  • Flights and on-the-ground travel. Ashiyana is a 35–40-minute taxi journey from Manohar Goa Airport (direct flights available via Air India from Gatwick). We can help facilitate airport transfers upon request.
