A tailor-made 7 day detox program that combines Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatments with other healing therapies available at Ashiyana Goa. Designed to eliminate toxins that accumulate mostly in the lower part of the body, Basti are herbal enemas therapy, advised for people with dominant Vata dosha and associated issues. Your Panchakarma journey begins with an in-depth assessment and consultation with Dr. Yamuna (our in-house Ayurvedic Doctor), once you have arrived.
Our Panchakarma programs at Ashiyana Goa are designed to cleanse and detoxify your body, improve your digestion and metabolism, and leave you feeling lighter, healthier and full of vibrant energy.
