Yoga Holiday
A wonderfully relaxing holiday that gives you the freedom to attend one or more of our yoga classes and then do whatever you want with the rest of the day.
Start your day off with a dynamic Yoga class in our shala overlooking the beautiful surrounding hills. Then feast on a delicious, healthy, buffet brunch – we’re rather famous for this!. You’ll have plenty of free time to soak up the sun, go on leisurely walks, enjoy incredible sunsets and explore the beauty of the forests and hills all around us. Afternoon yoga at 4pm is a slower, more gentle class easing you into the evening. The evening buffet meal is an eclectic mix of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, rounded off with our infamous desserts. Our evening activities at 8:15pm – including kirtan, meditation and yoga nidra – will prepare you beautifully for a wonderful night’s sleep :)

○ 08.00 – 08.30am: Meditation & Pranayama
☼ 08.30 – 10.00am: Morning Yoga Class
10.00 – 11.15am: Large Buffet Brunch
☀ 16.00 – 17.30pm: Afternoon Yoga Class
19.00 – 20.15pm: Large Buffet Dinner
☾ 20.15 – 21.15pm: Guided Meditations / Chanting / Yoga Nidra (activities vary throughout the week)
