Set in the tranquil Catalonian mountains, the retreat provides the perfect environment for a gut reset. Each day includes:

Morning hatha yoga with gentle twists and compressions to stimulate digestion.
🌱 Daily workshops on microbiome health, mindful eating, and fermentation.
🌄 Afternoons of relaxation, nature walks, or poolside unwinding.
