Return to Nature

This retreat has been designed to return you to your natural, vibrant self by diving into pristine nature. Nature is medicine for the heart & soul, and so we will be immersing ourselves in Mother Nature's 5 Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit. We will practice grounding Yin yoga and energising Vinyasa flow Yoga, along with workshops on specific asana, breathwork techniques and meditation practices. We will immerse ourselves in the surrounding nature with lake meditations &  long walks in the beautiful forest around us, including moments of diving into silence and quiet reflection. You will feel the support of others through sharing circles as well as opening and closing circles. Overall, the retreat will offer you the opportunity to detox from your busy daily life and remember what it is to feel whole, at ease, and fully alive.

Raised in a Yogi family with an Indian Father & an English Mother who taught her everything about Spirituality & Indian Philosophy in London town. Since an early age She had a lot of passion to learn and discover all the world has to offer.

Jennifer 
Co-Teacher

Jennifer is a curious driven, light and heart centered being from a small town on the Swedish west coast. She first came across yoga 8 years ago and at first the practice was just a way of caring for her physical health; gaining more flexibility, strength and body awareness. She soon realized that she was healing her relationship with her body on a much deeper level as she actually started to pay attention to what her body was communicating. Her yogic path along with her studies in health promotion and nutrition has made her passionate about helping others to connect with their own inner wisdom. Deeply convinced that our bodies are always our greatest teachers and that we all have the power to create a healthy balance between body, mind and soul. Her own recipe to stay grounded and present includes (besides yoga) a lot of dance, journaling, raw cacao, meditation and spending time near or in the ocean.
