  • Guided meditation & mindfulness practices:

  • Nourishing meals:

INSTRUCTORS

Charlotte

Health & Wellbeing Coach | Yoga Teacher | Massage Therapist | Reiki Practitioner

Charlotte is a Health & Wellbeing Coach (CNM) and a certified yoga teacher, trained at a Sivananda center in Kerala, India, in 2012. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge through further training with renowned teachers, including Meghan Currie (Slow Vinyasa), Uma Dinsmore (Pre-Natal), Sally Parkes (Post-Natal), and Petra Coveney (Menopause).

Charlotte specializes in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, focusing on slow, creative movement, exploring the power of the breath, and connecting to the body’s inner wisdom. Her classes emphasize embracing emotional fluctuations and fostering deep self-awareness. She also incorporates the healing sounds of gongs and singing bowls into her practice, enhancing the therapeutic experience.

In addition to her yoga teaching, Charlotte is an experienced Massage Therapist, skilled in Thai Yoga, Osteo-Thai, Abdominal, Indian Head Massage, and Reiki. She believes in the profound healing power of touch and integrates this into her holistic approach to well-being.

Pauline

Breathwork Facilitator | NLP Practitioner | Personal Trainer

Pauline is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, and Personal Trainer with an extensive array of qualifications. She is a Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, a Certified Buteyko Breathing Coach, and a Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer.

Pauline has had the privilege of training under prominent figures such as Benedict Beaumont, Founder of Breathing Space, and Patrick McKeown, Founder of Oxygen Advantage. She has qualified through schools recognized by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Pauline brings a compassionate, open-hearted approach to her work, creating a nurturing, non-judgmental space where healing and transformation can take place.
