INSTRUCTORS
Tobie
My journey into yoga began many years ago, initially to alleviate back pain. It took time to experience the full benefits, but I was drawn to a more embodied, yin/yang practice that allowed me to slow down and find stillness—both in poses and in life.
Yoga challenges and rewards me by emphasizing the psychosomatic aspects of existence. It invites deep questioning, emotional release, and the exploration of sensations and responses.
As a teacher, I believe yoga is more than physical benefits. It’s about exploring the structural, neural, psychological, and emotional experiences that yoga brings. My teaching is about creating space for others to explore their truth and share what we have learned joyfully.
Yoga is an individual experience. I encourage questioning everything—what we read, what we are taught, and what others tell us. Yoga is an invitation to dive into ourselves, listen to what we feel, and live from that truth. I want to hear what you feel, not tell you how it is. We are all on this infinite exploration together.

After training at the Hungarian Dance Academy and working as a professional dancer, she discovered Jivamukti Yoga in 2013, which was a transformative experience. For Klara, yoga is about creating honest spaces through intelligent sequencing, deepening our connection to the present moment, and reflecting on life. She believes yoga is an emotional, physical, and intellectual experience that allows us to better understand ourselves and honor all living beings around us.
