Our Teachers

A wonderful collective of experienced and inspiring Yogis from around the world, our teachers have a deep respect for the essence and power of Yoga.  Whilst they may come from a wide range of backgrounds, they all share this in common – the ability to hold a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space for practitioners of all levels to experience Yoga.

The teachers for our drop-in classes will vary throughout the season according to who is with us at any particular time.  There are normally at least four teachers during any one week, and we frequently run workshops (often at short notice) focussing on different aspects of mindful movement, wellness and wellbeing.
