Andrea is a 500 hours certified yoga teacher, who quit his full time job in marketing to travel around India and study yoga in Rishikesh and Goa. He is currently on a nomadic journey focussed around yoga teaching and travel, exploring the natural beauties of this planet. He has been teaching classes in Spain, Italy, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
He mostly teaches hatha-based, vinyasa yoga, with a emphasis on both improving strength and flexibility. In all of his classes, Andrea focuses on alignment and breathing. His goal is to have each student leave his class with, at the minimum, a new level of self-awareness or a positive insight.
Andrea believes yoga to be a tool to release stress, anger and any negative energies that we constantly face in life. For him, his yoga practice inspires him to live his most truthful self.
He leads a vegetarian lifestyle and is a dedicated advocate for animal rights and environment issues. When he’s not practising yoga, you will likely find him close to the ocean or writing in his journal.
